Participants are given the option to choose to cover minor damage resulting from the activity covered by this registration form, namely:-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Brake and clutch levers-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Knobs-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Hand guards-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; “Minor scratches” on external parts ( breakages or cracks are not permitted, as are “deep” scratches, where this definition means scratches or marks of any size and depth that constitute incisions in the plastic or other bodywork materials. In this case, the part will have to be replaced and is not covered by this “minor damage coverage.” To cover such damage, it is possible to subscribe to the Minikasko coverage referred to in the next section).Minor damage coverage will be provided upon payment of a fee of €95/day .&nbsp;At the start of the activity, the motorcycle will be delivered and checked by the undersigned and by a Balise Team member, who will complete a vehicle form certifying its initial condition.Upon returning from the activity and returning the motorcycle, Balise Team members will inspect its integrity, in consultation with the undersigned, noting any new damage. In the event of minor damage and if the undersigned has opted for the coverage referred to in this paragraph, the undersigned will owe nothing.In the event of damage other than that covered by this coverage, the same will be charged according to the current price list for labor equal to €3 / UL (€36/h) plus VAT, and the current spare parts price list relating to the make and model of the motorcycle used during this activity.In the event of loss, theft or fire of the vehicle, the undersigned will still be liable for an amount equal to €3,500 (three thousand five hundred and thirty-five hundred and thirty-five thousand).

COVERAGE FOR MINOR DAMAGES per DAY

Participants have the option of opting for general coverage for any damage to the motorcycle that occurs during the chosen activity (with the express exclusion of any damage to the thermal unit, such as seizure/connecting rod failure) upon payment of a fee of €160/day .In the event of damage to the thermal unit, the labor price list of €3 / UL (€36/h) plus VAT will still be applied, as well as the spare parts price list in force relating to the make and model of the motorcycle used during this activity.In the event of loss, theft or fire of the vehicle, an amount equal to €3,500 (€3,500.00) will still be due.
